Welcome to the registration website for the useR!2017 conference in Brussels, Belgium.

The conference will be hosted at the Wild Gallery, Rue du Charroi 11, 1190 Brussels, 15 minutes from the Brussels city centre.

We have selected 5 different hotels in Brussels with guaranteed rooms in a block booking formula. When you have selected a hotel you will get the reservation instructions in your confirmation email.

All hotels are in the city centre and are in different price ranges.
We will be providing an ongoing shuttle service from the Brussels South railway station and subway station (Bruxelles-Midi) to the Wild Gallery.

Admission Fee

Conference (4th until 7th of July, incl. tutorial day – fixed price)

Academia - €375 (excl. VAT*)
Student - €125 (excl. VAT*)

* Belgian companies, academia and students will be invoiced the admission fee + 21% VAT. Non-Belgian companies, academia or students who do not have a VAT number will be invoiced admission fee + 21% VAT. Non-Belgian companies or academia with a VAT number will pay the admission fee (and no VAT).

Conference Dinner (July 6th 2017)

At the very heart of the capital of Europe, in the shadow of the world famous Atomium, we travel through the history of Belgium with some exquisite beer tasting, traditional Belgian food and great stand-up comedy.

Childcare

New at useR!2017: childcare! You can bring your child(ren) from the age of 2 until 14. We offer an entertaining program for all ages, in the conference building and in the city of Brussels.

If your child is between the ages of 2 and 10: €33.05 per day (excl. VAT*).
If your child is between the ages of 10 and 14: €66.12 per day (excl. VAT*).

Immediately after the conference you have the opportunity to join the conference dinner.
