Is catering included in the conference fee?
All coffee breaks and lunches are included in the conference fee. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available.

How can I change or manage hotel bookings?
When you register for the conference, you can choose to block a room in one of the partner hotels of the conference. You find a reservation form in your confirmation e-mail which you send to the hotel yourself. Changes or add-ons to your hotel booking should be done directly with the hotel and cannot go via the conference organization team.

Am I sure that there will be availability for the conference if I’m a speaker and I want to wait to register until my talk is approved?
We have 300 spots blocked for speakers, if you check the checkbox ‘I am a speaker’ you are sure that you will be able to attend te conference.

I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail or invoice, what to do?
First of all check your SPAM mailbox, you should look for an e-mail from info@user2017.brussels. If you don’t find an e-mail, send and e-mail to registration@user2017.brussels

I registered for the conference, but I want to change some options in my registration, what to do?

Can I obtain an invoice for my conference registration?
Invoices are automatically generated by the registration form and attached to an invoice e-mail when you pay successfully. 

Can I obtain an invoice before the payment of my conference registration?
There is a special registration code which can be obtained by sending an e-mail to registration@user2017.brussels (motivate your request!)

What are the payment options?
You can pay with Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Carte Bancaire), SOFORT Banking, IDeal (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, van Lanschot) and Bancontact.
