Guidance for Presenters

Talks

Presenters of Talks have 15 minutes at their disposal to present their talk with 3 minutes of questions. The slides can be uploaded to the conference website at the presenter's info point during the conference.

Lightning Talks

Presenters of Lightning talks have 5 minutes at their disposal to present 15 slides (exactly 20 seconds per slide).

We will ask you to prepare/compile your slides as a PDF-file. This file should be send to the organisers (abstracts@user2017.brussels) prior to the conference. The deadline for submitting your lightning talk (pdf-file) is Wednesday 28th of June, 12:00 (CET).

Posters

Poster presenters have received an e-mail with a form to upload posters. If you want the conference to take care of printing the poster, it should be uploaded using a high resolution PDF, A0 format and portrait orientation before the 23rd of June.
